Upload will not start

I am using Windows 7 and had everything working fine then i could not get it to update anymore. I gave up the whole thing for quite a while now but miss this app so now everything seems to be set up correct correct (i uninstalled and reinstalled the connector) but it will not start the upload. It says to press the button to start but nothing happens. I also fear this all happened when i had Microsoft CRM installed by my company.

Please help as i loved the app when it worked.
