Missing messages in E-Mail threads

Hello,

Firstly, I'm finding Attassa very useful on my iPhone. However, I've noticed that very often I am not able to access some E-Mails that are replies to existing threads. I've not been able to work out a pattern yet, but what happens is this:
- I receive an E-Mail (eg subject 'Party') and can view and access it with my Attassa App - I reply to the E-Mail - I can access both E-Mails in the thread with my App - I receive a reply. 'All Messages' indicates that there are 3 messages in the 'Party' thread. When I click on the thread only the first two appear. There is no way to read the third message (although the first few characters are displayed in the preview). Trying to find the message by searching for the sender gives the same result.

As I've said, I've not been able to spot a pattern, sometimes it happens on the second E-Mail, sometimes the third, fifth etc... It doesn't seem to matter if I reply via Attassa or via Outlook on my PC.

Is this a known issue? Can I expect a resolution?

    Hello Paul,
    Missing email messages in a thread is not a known issue, but you've just made it one :)
    We'll investigate what might be causing this and work towards a resolution.
    What type of email account is this? Gmail, AOL, MobileMe, IMAP or Outlook?

    Many thanks for the response.

    The account from my ISP is IMAP and I use your Outlook connector with my Outlook client.

    Would it help if I sent you a couple of screen grabs?

    Hello David,

    My E-Mail address has just appeared in the above thread when I replied to
    your earlier E-Mail. Are you able to remove it from public display?

    I've deleted your email addresses from the thread.

    I see the problem now. We're working on determining why the conversation might be broken like this. I'll work on a repro using my outlook account and let you know if we find a resolution.
