no conversation bar
Hi
I really like the whole attassa thing and it works really well with
my iphone, well after a little fiddling. the only issue I have now
is that I use outlook 2007 as part of Microsoft 2007 enterprise
edition and I cannot get the conversation bar on the bottom on my
laptop. My partner has the same software and I installed the same
attassa on her Iphone and desktop and she has the conversation bar
and after seeing it I would really like it. I have reinstalled
attassa this week to get the most updated version and still no
conversation bar. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for trying Attassa - Whole contacts!
Since there are different versions of Attassa - some with the mini bar and some without, it's possible that you installed a version that didn't include the bar.
What I'd do is:
- Uninstall Attassa - Reinstall Attassa by running http://www.attassa.com/updates/browser/BrowserSetup.exe

Hi thanks for the suggestion.
I have tried to uninstall Attassa but the programme does on appear in the programme list or in the uninstall/install tool or on the microsoft independant uninstaller or on myuninstaller. all in all I have tried various programmes and I even deleted the programm folder directly from my c drive. I even checked my registry and Attassa appears but under the uninstall string there is no attassa. I have now had to restore my pc and I still cannot uninstall the programme so I cannot download the version that has the conversation bar which is all i wanted in the first place.
Any ideas on how I can either:
reinstall the programme to be able to uninstall it.
Just delete completely so that I can reinstall it.
any and all of the above.
The programme is running fine but is missing the conversation bar.
